1. What should my English level be in order to apply?

You should have an 80% proficiency level at the least.

2. Is this on-site or remote work?

On-site with vacancies in Monterrey, N.L. or Leon, Guanajuato. (México)

3. How much will I earn per month?

Our base salary is $14,985.00 mxn pesos, and our rewards program can help you earn over $30,000.00 pesos mxn pesos per month

4. What are your work schedules?

Global Telesourcing's campaign hours range from 6:00 am to 12:00 midnight. We offer flexible schedules within those hours, with part-time and full-time positions. Select programs offer 2 days off per week.

5. Is previous call-center experience required?

A lot of experience is not required. If you're friendly, assertive, and have good communication skills, that'll be enough! You will still receive training where you'll get to improve your skills every day.
